Cape Cod Bay Hideaway ~ West Barnstable

E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. completed this complex project in the Summer of 2018. The project consisted of converting an existing unfinished space over a garage into a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom. Two attached and unfinished outbuildings were converted into an eat-in kitchenette and personal gym. The exterior was also updated with new windows, doors, and custom lantern lighting to match the original house.

The oceanside gym is furnished with 3/8” Johnsonite rubber flooring in a mottled egg color, wall-to-wall mirrors, and 3/16” steel tension rafter rods. The kitchenette features custom cabinetry fabricated by E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. complete with built-in sitting area, appliances from KAM Appliances, and engineered flooring. The private bathroom off the charming bedroom is finished with a beautiful walk-in shower that features KOHLER fixtures, wall to ceiling subway tile and beach pebble flooring.

With beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay, it would be hard not to enjoy this one of a kind space.
