North Bay Retreat ~ Osterville

E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. has provided property management, landscaping and custom remodeling services to this beautiful estate overlooking North Bay for many years. The property consists of several out-buildings which include the main house, pool house, guest house, party barn and garage.

In the last few years, E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. has remodeled and restored many of the original buildings including the main house, attached garage and pool house. An existing building on the property was converted into a “party barn” and a new guest house was built to complete the construction project.

During the construction renovations, Jaxtimer Landscaping LLC took on the task of excavating and renovating portions of the landscape. The landscape construction, landscape maintenance, irrigation and fine gardening divisions worked collectively to create a retreat-like atmosphere. The most impressive project on this estate features a custom putting green. The landscape construction crew transformed what was once a wooded area into a useful area for a golf lover to practice his or her “best ball”.
