Holiday Hideaway ~ Osterville

E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. completed this comprehensive home renovation project in 2014. The home was finished with Anderson Windows & Doors, white cedar siding, red cedar roofing, and copper gutters/downspouts. It received a new full depth foundation, a raised brick terrace and steps off the master suite along with a new patio and decking all along the back of the property. The property also acquired a complete reconstruction of the landscape which included excavation, moving and transplanting existing aged trees and shrubbery. The driveway was also relocated for easier access.

Since completing this project, E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. continues to provide the homeowners with top-notch Property Management Services including routine improvements, along with maintaining and caring for the landscape grounds all year round.
